Is payment through the Kirei website secure?
Our page has
SSL certificate that guarantees the encryption of the payment page and the confidentiality of the data.
What is the deadline?
Delivery times may vary depending on production needs and stock levels but will not exceed 20 business days except for exceptional causes.
Can you send my order to my workplace or to another address that I provide?
We can send it to any address you provide us except post office boxes.
Do the parts have a warranty?
All pieces have
a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or hidden defects. This guarantee does not cover possible breakage or wear on the piece or its bath caused by use, either by the customer.

I have placed an order but I have not received the confirmation email, why? Has it been carried out?
All orders receive
the confirmation email within one hour of payment for the order. However, if it has not arrived, it may be for one of the following reasons:
