The gift card (the Card ) is valid for the purchase of products for sale on the Kirei website https://kireijoyas.com/ owned by Beatriz Ballesteros Pérez.

The Card is owned by its issuer: BEATRIZ BALLESTEROS PÉREZ. NIF 76019357X, and address at Calle Barrionuevo Bajo, 79, Casar de Cáceres (Cáceres), its bearer being a mere depositary.

In this case, the refund for returned products purchased with the Card will be issued as an increase to the available balance on the Card. The balance cannot be refunded under any circumstances or exchanged for cash. The Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This refund method is an essential and non-negotiable condition and is therefore expressly accepted upon purchase and/or use of the Card.

We will not be responsible for the non-receipt or delay in the receipt of the Card by its recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to: (i) deficiencies or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned in (i), (iii) inaccuracy of the recipient's data of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of said Card, (iv) inability to deliver the Card to the email account provided or (v) the consideration of the email sent as spam or junk mail.

The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes, except with prior written authorization from the Issuer.

The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these conditions, which have been provided prior to the acquisition of the Card.
