Do I need to register to purchase?

How to check if the purchase has been made correctly?
We will send you an email
email to confirm the purchase and then a second email to inform you
about sending the order. If you do not receive these communications, send us an email to hello@kireijoyas.com. In the shortest possible time we will contact you to resolve the incident.
Will the product I purchased be the same as the one I see in the photo?
In some cases, the
customer could find differences in those products in which the company itself
raw material and its manufacturing process influence the final result, such as
for example, products manufactured by hand, so they may have
some small imperfections or color differences, the result of work
manual. Sometimes there may be differences in colors and details
depending on the monitor from which you are viewing our website.
Do the parts have a warranty?
All pieces have
a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or
hidden vice. This guarantee does not cover possible breakage or wear on the piece or its surface caused by use, whether by the customer, perceived as adequate or inadequate.
